CRM Information Entry

Civicom is granted limited access to place information in a person's CRM account. Most CRM systems have this feature, and if your system does not, we can work with you to create it.


Advanced Features

Listen, start over, pause, resume, and record a new note all in one call. These make Dial-A-Note like conventional dictating.
Is there any equipment needed?
All you need is a phone.
 
Is there any software to download?
No software is needed.
 
Where does Civicom stand on confidentiality?
Civicom's "culture of confidentiality" — legal measures, confidentiality oaths, restricted access, technology measures, and an independent audit — protects your data better than you would yourself.
 
What is the turnaround time?
1 to 2 business days, depending on your needs. Generally, we send you back shorter notes within 2 hours or the next business morning at the latest.
 
May I specify formatting?
Yes. Transcriptionists follow your instructions for bullet points, numbering, unusual proper names, and special requests.
 
If I elect to receive an email, how do my notes arrive?
You receive your notes in the body of an email as well as attached in a Word document, unless you specify otherwise.
 
Can I send notes to others beside myself?
Yes. Just start the note with "send this note to..." You may also provide a list of email addresses that always receive your notes.
 
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on expected volume. You can pay per recorded minute, or pay for a dedicated full-time person. Feel free to call us for further details.
