Dial-in Conferencing:

15¢ per minute per party. You only pay for the time each party is connected to the conference. For example, if two parties are on a conference for 10 minutes and another is on for 2 minutes, you will be charged for 22 minutes. The phone numbers dialed from/to, connect times and length of time connected, rounded up to the nearest minute, are all listed on your billing detail page.

International participants also pay their normal long distance fee to the U.S. (They are dialing a regular U.S. telephone number since toll free numbers do not work outside the U.S. & Canada.)

If you use the web interface to dial out from a dial-in call, calls to the U.S. and Canada will be 15¢ per minute per party. International rates vary by country.

Dial-out Conferencing (Conference Blaster and email-enabled):

15¢ per minute per party. Since our system dials from the U.S. to international participants, they do not pay for the usual phone call to the U.S. mentioned above in dial-in conferencing.

International rates vary by country and offer significant savings. We will tell you the per minute cost whenever you are about to initiate an international call.

Billing

We bill at the end of each month for any usage that occurred during that month. If you pay by credit card, there is a nominal monthly system fee of 59¢. If we send an invoice, there is an administrative and handling fee of $3.50 per invoice. Invoicing requires Dial-A-Note approval. If there is no usage in a given month, there is no fee.

Any taxes that apply will, of course, also be added.

Credit Card

Fees will appear on your credit card statement under the heading "Dial-A-Note." To view calling detail, sign into your account at www.plezecall.com.

Master/sub accounts

A master account is billed for, and can see usage records for sub-accounts. Sub-account holders can use their account like any other, but can view only their own usage detail and are not billed.

Overview/linked accounts

An overview account can view the usage records and sign into linked accounts, but does not pay for their usage. Linked accounts pay for their own usage.
